Monthly online meetups and mentorship with Dr. Suzie Carmack and the YogaMedCo team — for the full twelve months following the event. You don't leave Day 2 with a certificate and a wave goodbye. Full certification includes delivering one group program in your community within the year, with mentoring support the whole way.

Ten evidence-informed group yoga coaching program toolkits — with the curriculum you can adapt, the participant materials, and the promotional toolkit already built. You aren't designing a program from scratch. You're choosing the one that fits your community and customizing it to launch.

A featured designation as a Group Yoga Coach in the YogaMedCo app's Yoga Coach Directory — the directory clients search as the model becomes the standard. Founding cohort members are listed first. When the field grows, the people in this room are the people clients find.

Learn the full COACH model and Traffic Light Method curriculum — self-paced, online, included with your registration and required for Day 2. Includes 14 hours of CE credit (ACE, NBHWC, IAYT, Yoga Alliance), with additional continuing education for the live event announced July 1, 2026.

The opening chair yoga practice, the morning speaker sessions across the four levels of life story medicine (identity, relationship, community, and system), the afternoon Yoga Coaching Labs and the Genius Break, the Q&A, the awards lunch on-site, the book signing, and the closing Toast.
The Group Yoga Coaching certification debut.
The model walkthrough, the GYC toolkit review, the curriculum aligned to the NBHWC Group Health Coaching Competencies, evaluation-based program design, and your community launch plan — built in the room with the founding cohort.
Monthly meetups with Dr. Suzie.
Twelve months of monthly online meetups and group mentoring with Dr. Carmack and the team. Full certification includes delivering one group program in your community within the year — with the option to partner with YogaMedCo to publish your findings.

Ten group yoga coaching programs, ready to deliver.
Each of the ten program toolkits comes with everything you need to run it in your community: the curriculum you can adapt, the participant materials, and the promotional tools. You aren't building a business from scratch — you're activating a library that's already been built and evaluated, so you can deliver group yoga coaching to individuals, businesses, and healthcare systems where you live.
A founding cohort. One time.
The first practitioners trained in the Group Yoga Coaching model are the people who shape what the field looks like everywhere it goes next.
The next time this certification opens, it will be through the established curriculum — built and refined by what happens in this room. The pricing will reflect that. The cohort experience will reflect that. The directory will already have a top tier of names in it.
That top tier is filled in September 2026 — and only in September 2026. The founder designation, the founding pricing, and the year of direct mentorship with Dr. Carmack are not running again.
What you need to step into Day 2.
- Active certification as a board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC), ICF-certified coach, Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), licensed allied health provider, and/or certified fitness instructor.
- Completion of the self-paced Yoga for One Coach Training — included with your registration for those new to YogaMedCo.
- Full attendance to both event days — both included.
- A short post-event orientation meeting with Dr. Carmack — scheduled after the event to review your year of mentorship.
This is the year I open the founding door.
I've spent two decades building toward this room. The COACH model. The Traffic Light Method. The Yoga for One 3E evidence-informed framework. Four books. Eight peer-reviewed publications. And the lived experience of living daily with multiple chronic conditions — including an autoimmune disorder — which taught me firsthand what it costs to carry chronic disease as part of your identity.
Day 2 is the first time I'm handing the group yoga coaching model to practitioners in real time, in a room, with a year of mentorship attached. It will not be opened this way again. The founding cohort gets the year, the pricing, the directory placement, and the relationship with me directly — for as long as they're delivering this work.
